If you order as a consumer, you usually have 14 days to change your mind. You do not need to give a reason.
How do you withdraw?
Let us know within 14 days through the contact form or by e-mail (use the contact form). Include your name, your order number and that you want to withdraw from the order. You may also use the model form below.
When does the period start?
- For a service: on the day you order.
- For digital content, such as a Kantoor licence: on the day you order.
When can you not withdraw?
- Digital content that we are already delivering, if you expressly agreed in advance to immediate delivery and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. If you did not, the normal period applies.
- A service that has been carried out completely, if you expressly agreed in advance that we start within the withdrawal period. If you withdraw while we are working on it, you only pay for the part already done.
- Orders for your business: the withdrawal period only exists for consumers.
Refund
You get the amount back within 14 days of your withdrawal, in the same way you paid. A Kantoor licence you withdraw from may no longer be used afterwards.
