Kantoor is our bookkeeping software for freelancers (ZZP in Dutch) and sole traders in the Netherlands. Invoices in a few clicks, as PDF and UBL with an iDEAL link, receipts that read themselves and a VAT overview for your VAT return that fills itself in. You buy it once, no subscription required, and the version on your own computer works fully offline. Your data stays with you.

Why we built it
Your figures belong to you
Many bookkeeping packages only work in the cloud, with a subscription that never stops. We wanted something different: software you buy once, that runs on your own computer and whose backups are encrypted with your own key.

Where do I buy Kantoor?
From launch day in our shop. Your licence arrives by e-mail within one working day.
Which computers does it run on?
Windows 10 or 11 (also Windows Server), Debian 12 or newer, Ubuntu 22.04 or newer, Docker or a Proxmox container.
Can I try it first?
For Windows a 14-day trial is available on request. Just ask us.
Does Kantoor work with the Polish KSeF?
No. Kantoor is made for the Dutch books of freelancers and sole traders. It does not support KSeF, the national e-invoicing system in Poland.
