These terms apply to all orders in our online shop. We have kept them as short and clear as we could.
1. Who we are

2. Offer and prices
All prices in the shop are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT. Products labelled "Example" show what a shop can look like. They are not for sale. Obvious mistakes in the offer do not bind us.
3. The agreement
The agreement is made when you complete the order and pay. You get a confirmation by e-mail straight away.
4. Payment
You pay in advance through Mollie, with iDEAL or another payment method you see at checkout. You receive an invoice showing the VAT.
5. Delivery
- Kantoor licences are sent by e-mail within one working day.
- Services are carried out at a time we agree together. After your order we will get in touch with you.
- Subscriptions and updates: in the shop you pay for the first period. Later periods are invoiced separately, as described with the product.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you usually have 14 days to change your mind. How this works and when it does not apply is explained on the withdrawal and returns page.
7. Licence
The Kantoor licence terms apply to Kantoor. You receive a right of use, the software remains the property of 3D-eVo.
8. Warranty and liability
We do our work with care. If you are a consumer, you always keep your statutory rights. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.
9. Complaints
Not happy? Let us know through the contact form. We reply within 14 days and look for a solution together.
10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to your order. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the rules of the country where you live.
