Kantoor is commercial software by 3D-eVo. It is supplied under a commercial licence: you may use the software for your own business, but you may not sell, rent, lend or pass it on to third parties. The full licence text is in LICENSE.txt in the installation. In the installation files the software is sometimes still called Biuro: this licence applies to it in the same way.
Right of use
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Kantoor for your own business purposes, including making backups and making changes for your own internal use.
Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the software, including source code, designs, documentation and databases, remain with 3D-eVo at all times.
Restrictions
Without the prior written consent of 3D-eVo you may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense or redistribute the software (in whole or in part), remove or obscure copyright or proprietary notices, or make the software available to third parties as a service.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3D-eVo accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage, loss or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the software. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption and claims of tax authorities. You remain responsible at all times for the correctness and completeness of your own administration and tax filings.
Governing law
This licence is governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Oost-Brabant, the Netherlands.
